SpongeBob SquarePants artist retaliates!

A SpongeBob SquarePants download could help us comprehend the creative potential the show’s lead character designer Todd White possesses.

The genius is also gifted with a lot of patience along with his creative skills that somehow surfaced in a rather crystal-clear manner just when he had his art-dealer Margaret Howell suing him for assault and theft.

Ms. Howell, who owns the HB Gallery in Huntington Beach, California, had filed a case earlier this month, reporting that a number of hired men sent by Mr. Todd assaulted her and took away Mr. Todd’s artwork that she had purchased from him earlier.

This broke Mr. Todd’s shield of patience and he decided to remove the covers from the case, knowing that he could certainly get his art-dealer in a bit of a trouble.

His retaliation came in the form of a lawsuit filed at the Federal District Court in California. The lawsuit reveals that he came to know of the fact that Ms. Howell was creating and selling unauthorized copies of his artwork and that he had sent his agents to accost her with evidence.

The suit, in addition to all this, states that Ms. Howell was caught in a situation that she just could not prove false, and that she had submitted to all the allegations of the fraud.

In a promise to keep the story away from the cops, she had promised to return all his artworks that she had purchased on behalf of HB Gallery.

On the other hand, Ms. Howell seems to be pretty confident of her innocence and hinted the media to watch out for the dismissal of Mr. Todd White’s lawsuit.

I guess the story would roam the corridors of court longer than anyone had anticipated. Fans, meanwhile, can continue watching SpongeBob SquarePants.
