Clancy Brown needs little introduction in Hollywood. The famous voice artist and character actor is known for his character vivifying capabilities that have turned out magical for television shows and films in the U.S.
His expertise in character acting is evident from movies like Highlander, Cowboys & Aliens, and The Shawshank Redemption. On television, he’s proved his mettle with shows like Earth 2, The Deep End, Carnivale etc.

Multi-talented Clancy has accepted an offer to enliven a character from director Ramin Bahrani’s upcoming (untitled) drama.
The character will be cast opposite the protagonists (a father and a son) in this drama. The still untitled script has Dennis Quaid and Zac Efron in the lead roles.

The drama revolves around a farmer father, who wants his son (race-car-driver) to join his profession. Clancy is expected to enliven the character of a rival farmer, the probable antagonist of the drama.
Bahrani is well-known for highly acclaimed dramas like Man Push Cart, Chop Shop, and Goodbye Sol, and therefore, the decision is expected to create wonders for him and for Clancy and his future projects.
