Fox News is criticizing Nickelodeon and The US Education Department for promoting the issue of global warming incompletely through SpongeBob SquarePants.

SpongeBob is the most loved cartoon by the kids and is based on the underwater world, where a sponge and its friends live.
In a recent event, organized by the US Department of Education, with the aim of encouraging school going kids to develop the habit of reading, DVDs and books of SpongeBob SquarePants’ earth-friendly adventures were distributed for free.
Although the kids seem to be enjoying, as they sat down to watch their favorite cartoon character in action, and getting a lesson or two in the process as well, it seems like Fox News and CNS News wish to create a controversy about this.
Fox News slammed the Department of Education’s actions and accused it for promoting the issue of global warming as being a result of man-made activity only.
According to them, global warming is still a controversial issue. Some scientists believe that it is caused by human intervention, while others opine that global warming is a part of a giant climactic cycle Earth is going through.
It sounds like poor SpongeBob is getting a spanking for no reason.
On the other side of the story, global warming is not that much of a controversial topic, as is being created by the media. Most scientists agree that human activities are accelerating the rate of deterioration of the environment. These include members of the National Research Council, American Chemical Society, American Meteorological Society and many more.
Irrespective of all the hoo-hah created by Fox News, the all new green adventure of SpongeBob SquarePants is definitely worth watching. Grab a SpongeBob SquarePants download today, to be a part of the fun and adventure!
In this particular adventure, SpongeBob’s friend, Mr. Krabs, starts pumping carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, so that there may be endless summer in the city of Bikini Bottom. This would ensure that his ocean side swimming pool, throngs with customers all year long!
However, trouble comes calling, when both of them realize that they have created an environmental disaster!
Seem something like real life?
